Our commitment to your puppy’s health begins long before they ever open their tiny eyes. We start with carefully selected, health-tested parent dogs who are not only physically sound but also have calm, affectionate, and intelligent temperaments. We believe temperament is just as important as genetics. Our adult dogs are raised with the same level of care, love, and nutrition that our puppies receive, because healthy parents raise healthy babies both inside and out.
Each puppy at Fluffy Maltipoos is raised in the heart of our home with 24/7 care, hands-on attention, and a carefully monitored developmental environment. From the very first day, we ensure they are gaining weight, nursing properly, hitting milestones, and getting used to the sights, sounds, and routines of everyday life. We don’t cut corners, and we never compromise on quality. We treat every pup as if they’re going to stay with us forever because that’s what they deserve.
By the time your puppy is ready to go home with you, they’ve already received a comprehensive vet check by our trusted licensed veterinarian. This includes a thorough physical exam ears, eyes, teeth, joints, skin, heart, lungs, and more as well as up-to-date vaccinations and deworming treatments. Your puppy’s health record will go home with you, signed by the vet, showing every medical treatment they’ve received and the date of their checkup.
We provide a written one-year genetic health guarantee with each puppy. This guarantee covers any life-threatening hereditary or congenital condition that significantly affects the quality of life of your puppy. If within the first year a licensed veterinarian detects such a condition, and it is confirmed by our own veterinarian, we will either replace the puppy or offer a refund, depending on the situation and your preference. We never want to see a puppy suffer, and we will do everything we can to make things right. However, we do not cover accidents, illnesses due to neglect or environmental exposure, injuries, or conditions caused by poor nutrition, improper care, or lack of veterinary treatment. We ask that you take your puppy to your vet within 72 hours of arrival to establish your own care relationship and verify their health status.

For families who live far from us and cannot pick up their puppy in person, we proudly offer safe, secure, and compassionate shipping options. We understand that trusting someone to transport your precious new family member is a big deal, and we’ve gone to great lengths to make sure the process is smooth, transparent, and above all puppy-focused. We never ship our puppies like cargo. Your puppy is always accompanied by a loving, trained pet nanny who travels with them in-cabin on a commercial flight or ground vehicle, ensuring your little one is never alone or frightened. The nanny keeps your puppy calm, hydrated, and comforted during the journey, often sending updates along the way so you can follow your puppy’s trip to you in real-time.
We coordinate every step of the shipping process with you in advance. You’ll know the date, time, travel details, and estimated arrival. We also make sure your puppy travels with a familiar blanket or toy, some food, health records, and instructions to help you transition them into your home. We take care of the booking, paperwork, and communication so that you can focus on what really matters preparing your heart and home for their arrival.
We also offer in-person delivery within a reasonable driving radius or you’re welcome to come directly to us to pick up your puppy which we love, because it gives us a chance to meet you face to face. Whichever option works best for your family, we’re here to support and guide you so that your experience is as joyful and stress-free as possible.
We never rush our puppies out the door. We only let them go home once they are at least 9–10 weeks old and fully ready emotionally, physically, and socially to leave their mother and littermates. Some breeders send their puppies home earlier, but we believe those extra weeks in our arms give them the best possible start. And we promise they are worth the wait.
